PRACTICE MANAGER
Mrs Vivienne Hallworth
The practice manager is responsible
for the overall day to day
management, administration and
development of the practice.
PRACTICE SECRETARY
Mrs Margaret Scotchford
Margaret provides all secretarial
services for the practice. She
liaises with the hospital about out
patient appointments, GP referrals
and follow ups.
RECEPTION TEAM
We have six members of reception
staff, Sue, Anne, Debbie,
Julie, Gaynor and Sue all of whom are trained to
provide you with a friendly,
efficient service. They are the
first point of contact for any
enquiries, they will make your
appointments, deal with requests for
repeat prescriptions, and can
provide you with information about
our services.
All staff are trained and are fully
aware of the importance of
confidentiality in all aspects of
their work.
