If you are happy or unhappy with any
part of our service please let us
know.
We will always address your
suggestions and complaints. The
practice has an in-house complaints
procedure, should you have reason to
complain please either telephone or
write to our Practice Manager,
Vivienne Hallworth.
PALS (Patient Advice & Liaison
Services)
PALS provides advice and support to
patients, relatives or carers. They
will help sort out any concerns you
may have about the care you have
received. They can also guide you
through different NHS services.
