Requests for repeat prescriptions may be handed into the surgery reception, sent by post or faxed to the surgery on 0161-419-9984.

It is most helpful if you request your repeat prescription by using the “right hand side” of the last repeat prescription issued, if you do not have that we can print one off for you when you come into the surgery. If you would like your prescription posted back to you please include a stamped addressed envelope with your request. Please do not ask for repeat prescriptions over the telephone as this may lead to mistakes.

If you request your prescription more than a few days before it is due, there may be a delay in its issue. However, if you are requesting your medication early because you are going on holiday etc please let us know, then we should be able to process your request without delay.

Please allow 48 working hours for your prescription to be processed.
